As an Infosphere Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using IBM Infosphere technologies, with a focus on real-time data processing and analytics. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide architectural guidance to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities: Design, architect, and implement IBM Infosphere solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Develop architectural solutions using IBM Streams 4.3.x and Apache Flink technologies to address real-time data processing and analytics needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise. Provide guidance and recommendations on data integration, data governance, and data quality strategies. Participate in technical discussions, workshops, and presentations with clients to convey architectural designs and gain stakeholder buy-in. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data management and analytics technologies, particularly in the IBM Infosphere ecosystem. Required Skills: Strong experience in designing and implementing IBM Infosphere solutions. Proficiency in IBM Streams 4.3.x and Apache Flink for real-time data processing and analytics. In-depth understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills: Certification in IBM Infosphere or related technologies. Experience with other streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly IBM Cloud.
