Experience with building and maintaining ATF tests within the ServiceNow Platform. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Work with workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and maintain automated tests for platform functionality using ServiceNow ATF framework. Collaborate with the team to estimate the level of effort for tasks. Take ownership of high-level or complex business requirements and see them through to completion. Ensure adherence to development processes, policies, and best practices for Delta and ServiceNow. Stay updated on product capabilities to optimize platform utilization with minimal customization. Participate in daily standups to report status, delays, and risks to scrum master, team leads, and management. Collaborate with team members, vendors, and other teams for application performance tuning and troubleshooting. Ensure system compliance with Delta's policies and procedures, including SOX, PCI, and data retention processes. Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.
