Role : Help Desk Support Specialist Location : NYC, NY (local only) Must have: - Financial Experience with some trading knowledge Basic networking (understand the purpose of the network hardware) Windows AD environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, joining machines to a domain) Windows Desktop support (Win 10 and 11 anything else is not relevant) Windows Package Mgmt.
