Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven experience in leading testing initiatives, with a focus on test automation and performance testing. Proficiency in Java programming, including experience writing and maintaining automation scripts. Strong experience with Selenium and TOSCA frameworks. Proficiency in test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr. Understanding of MS Dynamics 365 applications and the ability to validate Dynamics-based workflows and processes would be preferred.. Experience with performance testing tools such as Cloud Test, Load Runner, and Relay. Familiarity with performance monitoring and engineering tools like Azure App Insights, New Relic, Jaeger, and Splunk. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and triage defects effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of testing best practices and methodologies, including regression, functional, system integration, and performance testing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
