Requirements : Develop process to collect all content in Azure BLOB Storage. Define, evaluate and design one of two options for integrating content from Azure BLOB. Storage into Content Management platform. Work with architecture and 3rd party vendors to design, develop and implement integrations. Establish a monitoring practice that insures SmartComm meets their contractual SLA. Relay any scheduled maintenance from SAAS vendor to IT business teams. Monitor and report usage metrics and budgeted allotments. Define and audit user entitlements (users who have access to SmartComm portals). Responsible for relaying technical changes between SmartComm and FBFS. Overseeing Scheduling and ad-hoc job requests. Extend nightly batch process into OMC for visibility and job escalation. Monitoring inbound jobs and outbound jobs to insure they are in sync. Relay SmartComm processing errors to FBFS staff and manage escalation via OMC process. Manage access to temporary BLOB storage.
