Hybrid, must be able to work in the office a few days week MOI: Skype Strong experience in finance area around following business disciplines: o Financial Planning & Budgeting o Financial Consolidation o FP&A (GL) & Cost Accounting o Fixed Assets o Treasury o Sub-ledger (AR, AP, ) Strong experience with Oracle e-business suite on Financials modules; o GL, AP, AR o Iexpenses o Iprocurement o Fixed Assets Experience with below Oracle cloud solutions would be a plus: o FCCS o PBCS Experience with Oracle technologies: o Oracle EBS development tools (P/L SQL, workflow, etc) o Oracle Database and Application Server o P/L SQL and Oracle tools Minimum 10 years experience in IT related field Minimum education: 4 years college degree (preferably in a technical field) Strong project management experience Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with director level partners in a global environment. Organization and ability to plan and schedule work. Fully understands systems development life cycle. Active team member but able to work autonomously. Great communicator Excellent verbal/written communication skills Key Responsibilities: Accountable for evolution and integrity of ERP EBS business applications focusing on Finance area in a global environment. Responsible for meeting with key business users to understand business needs and strategy. Understands business requests, designs technology solutions to address business needs and balances tradeoffs in cost, quality, and ability to meet business needs and works with external and internal IT and business partners to develop, test and implement solutions within timeline and budget Collects requests for new technologies, formulates solutions, estimates effort and budget, and develops business cases to support change. Project management of key technology projects Manages contractors, consultants, and outsourced teams in the delivery of information technology support and change. Articulates benefits of the application of information technology to key business management and users Stays abreast of latest technology and regularly reviews potential paths of change with IT management. Follows, practices, and champions ITIL standards and processes. Leverage his/her culture of ideation, innovation and data analytics and promote it within his/her team.
