We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our
Corporate Digital Marketing team. The Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will
work under the guidance of our Sr. Content Platform Product Owner, Business
Analyst Manager and collaborate with IT and the Digital Marketing team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading group of Quality
assurance team, design, development, implementation and execution of quality
assurance plans for our website and develop test scripts using industry
standards. The candidate will communicate and discuss any website issues and
enhancement on a constant basis with the internal development team, digital
marketing manager and other stakeholders. The candidate should have strong
leadership and teamwork skills to build positive relationships with their team,
communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills. Should
have an ability to effectively communicate within the team, and able to work
individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

Formalization and implementation of
strategy, goal, and road map for quality assurance in the short, and
long-term future.

Excellent analytical organizational and
influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
and participate in all team scrum activities.

Identify quality assurance process
bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.

Own the identification and escalation of
any issues or risks within the testing work stream.

Oversee the creation, execution, and
maintenance of test plans, automated/manual, functional/ integration/regression
test cases and validation procedures using a trace-ability matrix to
ensure adequate test coverage throughout the development lifecycle for
Web, Mobile, API and Desktop applications.

Optimize test cycle efficiency and add
test automation into the continuous delivery pipeline.

Establish QA acceptance criteria for
test plans.

Lead the Test Automation transformation
by incorporating a Testing Center of Excellence, framed by best practices
and well-defined workflows and by regulating the governance of Test
Automation across client's departments.

Report on progress of the overall test
prep/execution to leadership/stakeholders.

Onboarding of Quality Assurance Analysts
and Automation Engineer Resources.

Mentor and empower a team that focuses
on both quality and development efficiency.

Management of the Quality Assurance Team
and Quality Assurance Tools.

Lead testing efforts on assigned
projects ensuring that each defect is managed to resolution.

Prepares test plans, test scripts, and
release documentation.

Execute test scripts and test cases and
reporting and tracking of results/issues.

Participate in or support various
testing phases including unit, integration, regression, and user
acceptance.

Support both planned and emergency
issues or releases.

Work closely with project management and
other teammate and gather requirements, assist in the design of new
enhancements, functionality, and release planning.

Work with the digital marketing and
development teams to understand functional requirements.

Develop and review test cases with
internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage through unit,
functional, user acceptance (UAT) and regression test cycles.

Develop thorough understanding of our
website functionality.

Proactively report any issues using a
ticketing system, maintaining ownership through resolution.

Provide stakeholders the necessary
information to replicate problems.

Assist with release and software build
management activities in QA and staging environments.

Implement weekly, monthly, quarterly and
yearly quality maintenance plans.

Revise day-to-day operational tasks
and/or ad hoc activities.

Investigate any website issues that may
occur and determine plan of resolution.

Create reports on issues reported and
fixes.

Analytical thinking and detail-oriented.

Ability to test across multiple browser
and operating systems.

Troubleshoots any issues that may arise
and follows up until its resolved.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

Develop testing procedures by defining
quality metrics and test strategies.

Instruct and mentor team on quality
metrics and testing strategies for each project.

Able to work in a fast-paced
environment, prioritizing and mutli-tasking through assigned tasks while
paying close attention to detail.

Experience using test management and
project management tools.

Demonstrates technical acumen for
troubleshooting and problem solving.

Deductive reasoning skills necessary to
determine the cause of issues found.

Understanding of website operations.

Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
CMS functionality.

Team player/collaborator.

Ability to identify design flaws and
make recommendations in order to have the best possible UX/UI.

Work well under pressure and demonstrate
continuous commitment to quality and service.

Ability to work effectively and
efficiently toward goals in a complex and diverse environment with
multiple projects and changing demands.

Knowledge of Software Development
Lifecycle (SDLC) a plus.

Effective verbal and written
communication skills.

Excellent analytical and good problem
solving skills.

Strong leadership and organization
skills.

Team-oriented, self-starter who owns
work to completion with minimal direct supervision.

Recommend test automation tools if
required.

Ability to influence others without
authority to drive decision-making and solutions.

Ability to use logic and reasoning to
identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.

Experience with facilitating and
executing all phases of testing (integration, regression, system, UAT).

Experience with third-party
applications, including but not limited to, Jira, Confluence, TestRail.

In-depth knowledge of QA/testing
procedures and best practices.

Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
