From: Akash Verma, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Systems Administrator 6-9 month contract to hire Des Moines, IA (Need Local Candidates) Onsite Phone/Skype Candidates must have very strong SmartComm experience Must Haves: Develop process to collect all content in Azure BLOB Storage. Define, evaluate and design one of two options for integrating content from Azure BLOB. Storage into Content Management platform. Work with architecture and 3rd party vendors to design, develop and implement integrations. Establish a monitoring practice that insures SmartComm meets their contractual SLA. Relay any scheduled maintenance from SAAS vendor to IT business teams. Monitor and report usage metrics and budgeted allotments. Define and audit user entitlements (users who have access to SmartComm portals). Responsible for relaying technical changes between SmartComm and FBFS. Overseeing Scheduling and ad-hoc job requests. Extend nightly batch process into OMC for visibility and job escalation. Monitoring inbound jobs and outbound jobs to insure they are in sync. Relay SmartComm processing errors to FBFS staff and manage escalation via OMC process. Manage access to temporary BLOB storage. Run & Support Manage System availability and SLA Reporting Establish a monitoring practice that insures SmartComm meets their contractual SLA. Service Operations Define and audit user entitlements (users who have access to SmartComm portals). Responsible for relaying technical changes between SmartComm and FBFS. Overseeing Scheduling and ad-hoc job requests. Extend nightly batch process into OMC for visibility and job escalation. Monitoring inbound jobs and outbound jobs to insure they are in sync. Relay SmartComm processing errors to FBFS staff and manage escalation via OMC process. Manage access to temporary BLOB storage. Manage retention of temporary BLOB storage. Monitor other 3rd party integration points i.e.,.print vendors. Facilitate 2nd level troubleshooting between SmartComm and FBFS staff. Continuous Improvements Monitor and trend form usage and establish an audit and retention practice. Manage SmartComm release schedule and communicate changes to business units. Review of internal integration with FBL teams. Review of external integrations with 3rd party IT teams. Maintain SmartComm documentation and engagement rules and standards. REQUIREMENTS: College degree or equivalent plus 2 years relevant experience required. MIS or computer science related degree preferred. 1 to 2 years of experience supporting shared infrastructure in an enterprise consisting of multiple business units. In-depth skills supporting one or more of the following key enterprise infrastructure services or technology platforms: data networks, application computing platforms, storage area networks, data base system infrastructures, middleware technologies, security infrastructure technologies, and or document management technology. Must have analytical and problem solving skills, logical information organization skills. Ability to conceptualize potential, new, or changed infrastructure solution designs to satisfy changing business requirements. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
