The resource may need to travel to Buffalo, NY at certain time, but not every week. About 70% travel. If the resource is local, then no travel will be required. If the resource is not local, then intermittent travel will be required and all travel expenses, per standard airfare, hotel, per diem, rental car and parking/taxi/Uber, etc. will be reimbursed and is not part of the billable fee rate.
