Prioritize and manage both internal and external resources, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Continuously assess project status and adjust scope, schedule, budget, or priorities as needed to meet project requirements. Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders, provide updates on project status and changes, and engage in project brainstorming. Responsibilities Establish processes for managing project scope, set quality/performance standards, and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain relationships with end users across various business units, understanding and effectively communicating needs and expectations. Assign and monitor project resources to ensure efficiency and maximize deliverables. Report on project outcomes/risk to management and escalate issues while following an Agile development process and incorporating continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum four years in project management. Experience in developing data solutions and products. Knowledge of Azure DevOps for resource management. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2. Experience in developing systems for internal processes. Experience in coaching team members.
