Role: HR Workday Work location: REDWOOD CITY, CA - (Onsite) 6-12 months JOB DESCRIPTION Lead full-cycle implementation within the Workday HCM product suite Having good knowledge in HCM benefits, Talent absence, Time Tacking, Advanced comms Collaborate with team to help clients navigate the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of the HCM modules Lead advisory, planning and implementation of HCM applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and working with data teams to successfully map data required for integration Team up internally and with clients to scope and clarify requirements, convey project updates, build timelines for reporting deliverables, and provide recommendations Create presentations that effectively inform and influence clients Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives Prioritize clients interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations.
