Perform required maintenance of VDS and be able to upgrade or patch as operational needs require. Experience in incident troubleshooting, product debugging, and L3 support as an SME. Knowledge of any other directory products like IBM TDS, Ping Directory, and AD is a must. Showcase good verbal and written communication skills. CANDIDATE PROFILE Required : Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience/certification 7+ years Information Technology experience with at least 5 years in IAM function Knowledge of Linux, Unix and Microsoft operating systems Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols 5-8 years of deployment experience of various directory products and not limited to installation/deployment and IGA integrations. Preferred Skills/Experience: Current relevant information security certification, (e.g. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Deployment experience in AWS cloud and VM environments is nice to have. Experience working in a globally distributed enterprise environment. Experience with monitoring use case implementation methodologies. 4-5 years of directory (AD, VDS etc.) integration experience Concepts like multifactor authentication, SSO, federation should be known, and deployment experience with any vendor product is acceptable Basic code development skills are preferred. Delivering Technology needs - Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses for service delivery processes and projects. Reviews completeness of requirements prior to client or internal solutioning Participates with the customers or internal team in planning and coordinating implementation, reviewing quality control of systems functional design, usability, functionality, and implementation. Provides input to support change management efforts as it relates to support and training of new system. Coordinates with appropriate IT and vendor relations teams Provides consultation for routine systems development. Ensures early warning to the leadership regarding degraded or missed service level issues. Experience in installing, configuring, and deploying Radiant Logic: migrate code and data, integration with other systems for automation, etc. Strong experience on Windows Active Directory services and Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Services. Integrate Radiant Logic with other third-party software, such as SailPoint, Microsoft, Red Hat, etc. Expertise in designing, implementing, operating, upgrading, and maintaining Radiant Logic Virtual Directory Service (VDS) Experience with Windows servers, databases, application servers, etc. Coding experience to develop automation using Bash/Javascript/Java/Python to operationalize manual operational activities. Develop alerts and respond to system generated alerts for outage and system failures. Troubleshoot and resolve development and production data and related technical issues. Develop and maintain system configuration documentation. Support program goals and objectives leveraging expert Radiant Logic experience and skills. Participate in reviews, integration, deployment, and demo events. Provides interpretation to systems matters that are highly unique and very difficult in nature. May coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals. Respond to incidents raised in ServiceNow or during production outages when escalated by L2 support. Periodically review logs for system health Identify opportunities and implement security improvements. Active engagement with the team on planning tasks using Agile methodologies; provide expert guidance and solutioning. Participate in Scrum calls, brief status on assigned tasks.
