Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify testing needs. Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts using tools such as Selenium, UFT, or ServiceNow Test Framework. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using defect tracking tools like JIRA or ServiceNow. Provide timely and accurate test status reports, including test results, test coverage, and defect metrics. Participate in release management activities, including release testing and validation. Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends. Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on testing best practices and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing, with at least [X] years of experience specifically in testing ServiceNow applications. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices. Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
