Title : Principle cloud architect Location : Remote Visa : GC and USC only Experience : 10+ Years Job Description Roles & responsibilities: Actively participate and contribute in building new Intelligent Supply Chain solution offerings for all industries serviced by Hexaware in the marketplace. Lead the supply chain analytics solution design and architecture for all the fixed engagement proposals (i.e. solution driven deals). Coordinate with various Hexaware teams in bringing together a differentiated and competitive solution design for clients problem statement. Proactively explore application of Gen AI in supply chain solutions and develop prototypes/ PoCs to take to the market. Be ready to lead strategic/ transformative Supply chain analytics engagements for Hexawares key focus accounts, in a billable capacity (either full or part-time billing). Be the face of Hexaware at the client organization when in a billable engagement, and develop strategic advisor relationship with both SC function and other business/ functional stakeholders. Stay in-tune with evolving new technologies and proactively obtain certifications where relevant. Work collaboratively in developing new go-to-market solutions for Hexawares partnerships (MS, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks etc.) Mentor and train junior analytics resources on supply chain capabilities, strengthen Hexawares domain knowledge in SC function. Contribute the building of AI powered business solutions practice in the Data & AI service line. Minimum qualifications: 8+ years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of Supply Chain analytics Must have experience in building and delivering analytics solutions for SC stakeholders Knowledge of the legacy/ market leading technology platforms & tech-stack pertaining to Supply chain function (Oracle, SAP etc.). Experience building and deploying solutions on cloud (MS/ AWS/ GCP) If from a consulting/ service background, the candidate must have experience in client facing engagements. Experience working directly with business & supply chain stakeholders in the org. Any industry experience is welcome (e.g. Retail, CPG, MFG, etc.) Team leading experience would be a plus Graduate degree in engineering/ technology/ analytics/ Business administration or similar disciplines.
