This position will spearhead efforts to turn dataintoinformation that managers can use to drive better business decisions.Thisposition will also drive the creation and implementation of a culture ofdataliteracy. Job Description Specific Responsibilities: Manage the Analytics Application Portfolio. Coordinate work on all aspects of design,development,validation, scaling, and integration of analytical solutions. Coordinate training of end-users, super users, andteammembers. Partner with Functional Managers to providerecommendationsand solutions to accelerate and optimize operational procedure,through use ofanalytics tools. Incorporate/transform data from various structuredandunstructured formats to develop live visualization of key metrics intoanalytictools (Qlik Sense, R Programming, Excel, etc.). Support data scientist development of predictive modelsanddashboards through testing and validation for accuracy and functionalitybeforetransitioning to production environment. Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or patternsincomplex data sets, using statistical techniques. Serve as SME in analytics, programming (analyticaltools),and visualization creation. Develop standards for analyzing, reporting, and validatingdata. Train and develop user community to support casual andpoweruser adoption of BI solutions. Required Minimum Qualifications Education: BS Degree (or higher); Coursework inMathematicsand/or Computer Science required (Preference given to candidates whosedegreein one of these disciplines). Skills and Experience: 5 years BI reporting experience creating KPIs and Dashboards(Preference for QlikSense or Qlik View). Theideal candidate will have 5 years of previous datamining/general programmingskills in VBA, R, Python, or other advancedpredictive languages/tools. Workingknowledge of statistics and experience usingstatistical packages for analyzingdatasets required. Strong analytical skills with the ability tocollect,organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of informationwithattention to detail and accuracy. Technical expertise regarding data models, databasedesigndevelopment, data mining, and segmentation techniques. Proven project management experience incoordinatingworkloads within a team environment desired. Hands-on experience with SQL preferred. Experience with Power BI is desired. Strong communication (written, verbal,graphical),presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including the abilitytointeract cross-functionally across all levels of the organization. Self-motivation, creativity, and eagerness to learn(passionfor analytics and innovation) required.
