Required Qualifications 15+ years of experience in software development working on enterprise-class or consumer-facing applications with 8+ years of Solution Design & Architecture experience. 5+ years experience working as an Architect on Omni Channel Platforms, Content Management Systems and/ or Decisioning frameworks (Next best actions, offers and communication) Experience in Adobe suite of products and integration with enterprise systems Experience in defining current and future state capabilities and architecture roadmaps. Experience in leading formulation of strategies for the enterprise services such as content management, personalization services. Expert-level understanding of architecture, industry trends, business climate, and/or regulation that affect architecture decisions. Demonstrated ability to lead proof-of-concepts and/or spike solutions. Excellent collaboration, influencing, evangelization, negotiation, coaching, mentoring, and coalition-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communications. Experience with SAFe Software Development Principles. Preferred Qualifications Health care and/or E-commerce industry experience.
