Role: Web Analytics Developer (GTM) Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Type: Contract Responsibilities Define and implement Web Analytics Architecture Strategy & Roadmap Develop and maintain a product web analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and product strategy. Design and architect tag management solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and server-side tag management platforms to meet business requirements and data governance standards. Implement server-side tagging solutions to improve data accuracy, privacy compliance, and website performance across different geographies and platforms. Develop custom tracking solutions and tags to capture specific user interactions and events within our products. Conduct in-depth analysis of product data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization and improvement. Provide training and documentation to educate internal and external teams on how to use tag management solutions effectively and ensure compliance with data policies and regulations. Drive experimentation and A/B testing initiatives to validate product hypotheses and inform feature development decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Martech, engineering, brands stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize analytics requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web analytics, product management, and data analytics. Requirements: Proven experience in setting up enterprise web analytics architecture and server-side tracking, Github, GA4, and Meta CAPI In-depth knowledge of end-to-end GTM and Server-side Google Tag Manager Implementation and critical privacy regulations and best practices in data collection. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidate should have knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML Skills Experience working on sGTM framework. must skill Experience implementing 3rd party tags with sGTM must skill. Debugging sGTM setups must skill. Knowledge on hosting tagging server with cloud team nice to have.
