DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS 1) Five (5) years of advanced skill level with MS Word, MS OneNote, Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook to facilitate written and oral communication. 2) Eight (8) years of basic skill level with Visio to create and modify logic diagrams and process flow charts to support system analysis and design activities as well as systems documentation. 3) Eight (8) years of proven proficient skill level with project management reporting to create and maintain project schedules, such as creating and maintaining work breakdown structures, sequencing tasks, allocating resources, and tracking progress (e.g., using MS Project). 4) Eight (8) years of experience reading, analyzing, and/or discussing flowcharts, and pseudo-code or logic diagrams. 5) Eight (8) years of experience with various operational groups associated with IT, including job scheduling, output distribution, and data center operations. 6) Eight (8) years of experience developing and maintaining application development systems for state law enforcement agencies, or other law enforcement programs specific to state and federal policies and procedures. 7) Eight (8) years of experience in training and mentoring staff and knowledge transfer in Oracle. 8) Eight (8) years of knowledge of IT security policies.
