The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements. This lership role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for SAP projects, including integration, regression, and performance testing. - L and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders. - Ensure testing is aligned with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements. - Analyze and report on testing metrics, identifying areas for improvement. - Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and tools. - Stay up-to-date with SAP technology advancements and apply this knowledge to improve testing processes. Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in QA lership roles, with a focus on SAP. - Strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, SCM). - Experience with SAP testing tools (e.g., SAP TAO, SAP CTS). - Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP projects. - Excellent communication, lership, and management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
