Job Description : Primary Skills: SSIS, Python using OOPs (Object Oriented Programming) Must have insurance background with any policy admin system experience (Guidewire / Duck Creek) Key Responsibilities Good understanding of ETL and ELT best practices and experience with ETL and ETL Mapping documentation Good knowledge of SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures and SQL Experience in performing Impact Analysis on SQL Objects / SSIS packages for enhancements. Establish best practices on database designs / SQL across the organization. Experience in Data Modelling and Data Warehousing tools and technologies. Good understanding of SDLC and Agile Methodologies Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments. Proven strength in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills with proven strength in applying root cause analysis. Ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all levels Dedicated to excellence in ones work; strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and thorough. Able to prioritize work by dividing time, attention and effort between current project workload and on-going support tasks. Ability to solve technical challenges faced by the team. Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements. What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience) Over 10+ years of experience working on SQL Server and ETL tools like SSIS Strong programming experience with Python using OOPs (Object Oriented Programming) design principles.
