Work closely with the client to analyse business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle EBS applications and Oracle Fusion. Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues. Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management. Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs. Be an active member within companys Oracle technology communities. Required Skills: 12+ years of Oracle implementation experience with EBS Financial applications and Oracle Fusion with strong knowledge in Project Accounting. Should have strong technical experience with equal functional knowledge. Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Nice to Have Skills: Oracle Cloud experience and certifications. Implementation in Global environments or international experience. Knowledge on GL, AR, AP, FA, CM. Financial Accounting Hub. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in accounting, Business Administration, Economy, or Computer Science. Minimum of 5 project full life cycles. Oracle EBS Certifications.
