Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Clarify Architect with Java expertise who is also familiar with the telecom industry's dynamics. This role involves designing and implementing customized solutions using Amdocs Clarify in conjunction with Java-based applications to meet the unique needs of telecom operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of telecom processes, Clarify CRM systems, and strong Java programming skills. SME in Telecom BSS/OSS stack. Good architecture knowledge of Billing/ Order Management/Product Catalog/CRM. Has a good experience in TMForum frameworx standard etom/SID/TAM & ODA. Proposed TMF open digital architecture for Billing domain for future roadmap for the Enterprise customer. Created solution design for Billing, Customer order management, Fulfillment and Service Assurance domains to decommission legacy systems with homegrown solutions/COTs using TMF Open API to be compliant with industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clarify Architect with a deep understanding of Amdocs Clarify CRM systems. Extensive experience with Java development, including frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, specifically in the telecom domain. Solid understanding of telecom business processes, including billing, customer management, and network operations. Proficient in Clarify ClearBasic code, Clarify schema, and server architecture. Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and API integration in a telecom context. Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL) and SQL. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
