Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points. Create user personas and journey maps to inform the design process. Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups of user interfaces. Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly. Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback. Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Present design work to stakeholders and obtain buy-in. Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Other duties and/or projects as assigned. Adheres to client Organizational competencies and standards of behavior. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required : 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Able to share a portfolio with examples of user interface designs you created. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices. Proven ability to design user-centered interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically clean. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with stakeholders and analysts to discover, refine, and prioritize features. Ability to collaborate with the software development team to find creative solutions that streamline the implementation process. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Attention to detail, critical thinking, desire to learn, and intellectually curious. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile work process.
