Responsibilities:
As a Compass21 Application Architect you will be architecturally responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen). You will be involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications. You will also

Combine technical skills with knowledge systems and business processes to develop effective solutions
Sets direction for solutions and development plans as they impact the application
Interact with client and maintain client relationships
Experience with application maintenance and/or development
Experience with CASE tools (CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen), technical platforms (HP Nonstop aka NSK, Tandem

Required Skills:
15+ years of experience in application maintenance and/or development
15+ years of development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen,
15+ years of experience with SQL
15+ years of experience with Medicaid
15+ years of experience with specific technical platforms including HP NonStop (aka NSK, Tandem)
15+ years of experience maintaining customer relationships
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Good customer service skills
