Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Plans and coordinates all aspects of Infinity IdP/SSO projects from initiation through delivery. Manages project initiation activities that include identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts, and access to existing information as needed. Develops project plans outlining project scope, activities, schedules, deadlines and cost/time estimates. Delivers informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups. Assigns project team members to various project activities. Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed. Coordinates activities and tasks among project team members, other internal departments and client organizations as needed to meet project goals. Seeks and develops more productive and effective ways to complete assigned tasks. Ensures fit with timeline, architecture and user needs. Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a post implementation review to identify areas of improvement or that worked well. Pursues project management certification or equivalent experience. Performs other related duties as assigned. Complexity of Work: Moderately routine; general policies applied. Some decision-making. Education: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university in a related discipline. Experience: 5-7 years' experience in project management in financial services or a related industry; OR 5-7 years' experience in a client-related field (e.g., business analysis, programming, client server, telecommunications, legal); or equivalent combination of education and experience. About the team: As a technical project manager for IDP implementations, you will act as a lead for this project. Your primary responsibility will be to handle month-long projects, managing schedules, and alignment of resources for about 200 projects for the next year. You will also be involved in kickoff calls with clients gathering information on what features and tech they need for their new platform. This project manager will not be involved in delegating budgets as the core responsibilities will be resource alignment and scheduling. What you will be doing: Providing subject matter expertise on client-facing projects to implement IdP Cloud and Federated SSO projects Providing general project support and status updates for ongoing initiatives Providing configuration support for new and existing tenants in IdP Cloud Manage new tenant creation requests Supporting the release cycle by performing basic feature validation to confirm things are set up correctly Providing administrative support during quarterly upgrade/maintenance activities Providing administrative support for weekly patching activities Troubleshooting customer issues from the administration console Assisting with the configuration and testing of new SSO projects Responding/reacting to support requests from the lines of business, adhering to our internal SLA Liaising with the help desk team leaders for minor support requests (suspensions, OTP resets, etc.) Properly communicating ticket status to users and stakeholders, including senior leaders Performing regular maintenance of user lists Providing general system administrative duties What you bring: This position does not require programming or engineering experience, but a good aptitude for understanding and using Web technology is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable around technology and software and has an eagerness to learn.
