Title : Salesforce solution architect Location : Fremont, CA // Only locals Onsite Experience : 10+ Years Responsibilities What you ll be able to do: This candidate will design a complete and complex framework for Salesforce CRM. Candidate will define processes, system specifications, input/output and working parameters for hardware and/or software that support Salesforce CRM. Understand the current CRM business processes across all regions and business units. Understand the functionality of Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Clouds, as well as Mulesoft. Work with various stakeholders to study the transformation of current process / legacy systems to Industry best standards / technology/ systems. Define and develop end-to-end CRM architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components Recommend possible technology / process solution to address gaps. Collaborate with Ford s internal CRM Platform team and GDIA teams. Support key deployments of Salesforce as we rollout across various features and use cases globally and integrate with existing Ford and 3rd party applications. Stay current on CRM/Salesforce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
