Qualifications: Experience in root cause analysis and problem solving in complex application. Moderate knowledge of Oracle DBMS concepts. Ability to write and debug complex SQLs. Expert level skills in PL/SQL programming. Experience in data warehousing and ETL is a plus. Experience using SQLLDR, FTP Secure and Perl will be helpful.
