Long term fixes for recurring issues, raising change requests and coordination with CAB for releases Timely communication with Walmart stakeholders specially product owner and leads Weekly Status reports Work with Syndigo team in reporting and getting resolution of product issues Documenting configuration changes and maintaining version control including Supporting pre & post release activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syndigo including integrations, Java application functionality, and system performance.
