Job Title: Oracle HCM Platform Support Contract Location: Remote Prior Experience of HCM Release Management for Oracle HCM components (EXTRACT, ALERT, BIP, Reports), Well versed with Oracle CSM & FSM tool for automated Release Management Prior experience of Managing Oracle POD, instance strategy, P2T, T2T, Data Masking Certificate Management for Real time Integrations. Experience generate, import, export, and delete PGP and X.509 certificates for data encryption and decryption Experience in automating user, role and Area of responsibilities creation in Oracle HCM Experience of implementing LBAC features. Integrating with SSO tool (e.g OKTA) Experience with configuring Oracle HCM role based security across functional areas (HCM , Recruiting). Oracle Cloud HCM Security setup and modifications related to roles, permissions, and data security, including building custom roles based of the delivered roles provided in the Oracle product.
