Job Title : Technical Program Manager Location: MTV, CA (Onsite preferred) / Hybrid 3 days (Maybe) Duration : Long Term contract Experience Level: 10+ Years Job Description : Facilitate and manage technical projects, and drive them to launch. Manage complex project schedules that involve several internal and external engineering teams. Use telecommunications and/or networking background to drive innovation. Work closely with ENG, PM, UX, XFN partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, milestones/tasks. Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendors. Build consensus, drive issues to resolution, help identify risk mitigations. Communicate project status to various audiences, including XFN and senior leadership. Run internal eng, xfn and integrator facing meetings, represent the project team as the single POC. Ensure launch readiness, coordinate testing, rollout, post-launch monitoring. Identify, develop and implement process improvements to help teams scale Minimum Qualifications 4 years of experience leading x-functional teams and/or managing complex projects Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, generate the ideas required to solve a problem, identify and implement process improvements for the larger group or organization. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience with general software programming languages in Java, C/C++, Python, Go, SQL, and/or TCP/IP and network programming. Experience with software development and production management. Experience coordinating and scheduling multiple projects throughout the entire lifecycle. Preferred Qualifications BS degree in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing software development projects and/or communications, networking or eSIM experience. Experience with Android and/or iOS App or platform development.
