Job Description: Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior QA Analyst with expertise in API testing, Mainframe Testing, JCL Batch Testing, SQL Testing, OpenAI knowledge, Healthcare Experience, and Automation testing (Selenium or Cypress). Strong understanding of cloud and open systems testing methodologies, best practices, and tools. Ability to prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases for various types of testing. Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress for automated testing. Knowledge of API testing tools and techniques for testing RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices. Familiarity with Mainframe Testing, JCL Batch Testing, and SQL Testing for testing backend systems and databases. Understanding of OpenAI technologies and their application in testing and QA processes. Experience in the healthcare industry, including knowledge of healthcare applications, regulations, and compliance requirements. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Certification(s) in software testing, automation testing, or related areas. Experience with test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their testing capabilities. Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing. Understanding of DevOps principles and practices for continuous testing and delivery. Ability to analyze and interpret data, metrics, and test results to make data-driven decisions. Experience in Agile methodologies and working in Agile/Scrum teams.
