Responsibilities: * Analysis and estimation based on business requirements. * Excellent team players with the ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments. * Root cause analysis of issues reported in the package solution. * Application Implementation, configuration, testing and support. * Documentation of process flows and suggestion of improvements. * Communicate timelines and status effectively. * As Is analysis and documentation across multiple systems. * Should be able to design and execute test cases for the solutions. * Providing Status Reports and ensuring all required documentation are kept up to date. -- If I missed your call.
