Coordinate with service team to prioritize daily works for code deployments, application maintenance, performance testing support and defect resolutions. Ensure compliance with EDI standards and regulations, such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML and stay updated on industry best practices. Analyze EDI performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. Monitor EDI transactions, identify errors or discrepancies and implement solutions to resolve issues. Provide training and support to users on EDI processes, procedures, and software tools.
