Designing the Backup Strategy for the sites and ensuring scheduled/unscheduled Backups as per backup plan and restoration. Troubleshooting Backup and Restore related issues. Acting on restore requests based on the priority. Implementing and managing Disk based backups for heterogeneous clients using Starfish. Guiding the L1 and members. Prepare plan for Disaster Recovery Testing and perform DR for large environment Working on the escalated incidents from L1s. Performing the backup incident trend analysis and Work on Proactive Problem tickets to avoid repetitive backup failures.
