Should have knowledge on building any solution in ServiceNow for any modules like, ITSM, Portal, Catalog, CMDB, Discovery. Excellent coding experience using Java, JavaScripts, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap framework. Hands on Development experience of form Customization, Business Rule, Client Script, Script Include, UI Policies, Security Rules and other objects of Service-Now. Able to design workflow for various modules/catalogs and hands on experience on workflow activities for triggering approvals & fulfilment process. Experience in integration methodologies for Service-Now. E.G. Active directory, SSO, SCCM, runbook etc..., Should have knowledge on the Custom application development. Front-end and back-end development experience. Good knowledge on adding multiple pages and adding widgets on portal in ServiceNow. Should know how to write business rule, Script includes & Email Notifications. Have knowledge on Server side and client-side scripting in ServiceNow. Great communication skills being able to present complex information. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric attitude.
