Understanding of Distribution Systems and/or Warehouse Operations Process Analysis : Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Documentation : Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business process diagrams, and user stories. Communication: Liaison between onsite functional BAs and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
