Job Title : (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) ORMB Performance Engineer Location: Hartford, CT Hybrid (3 days onsite) Duration : Long Term contract Experience Level: 10+ Years Job Description : Java, Hibernate, PL/SQL, HQL, XML, Oracle Database, OEM, Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), JavaScript, RESTful API, Web Services, SOAP, ORMB, Weblogic, Linux Over 10 years of experience doing performance engineering for java, hibernate, oracle and linux based applications, web technologies. Experience in using monitoring and performance testing tools - Grafana, DynaTrace, Splunk, JVisualVM, JMC, JMeter, HP Loadrunner Deep technical knowledge of ORMB application (version 5 and above), data model Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks by analyzing AWR reports and fine-tuning complex queries. Experience with performance tuning ORMB/CC&B applications taking end to end accountability of benchmarking components, analyzing bottlenecks and fine tuning to meet performance SLAs. Experience with fine tuning ORMB batches, interfaces, algorithms, UIs, zones analyzing both custom and base product components. Experience in infrastructure management, estimations and server sizing Problem solving ability to drill down into details of each component to uncover areas for improvement. Duties: - Lead performance engineering team taking end to end accountability of system performance and scalability supporting day to day operations. Own, maintain, and develop performance engineering and testing infrastructure including benchmarks, test frameworks. Promote performance standards, best practices and provide guidance to software engineers. Design and implement solutions to evaluate and improve performance and scalability of ORMB applications. Use monitoring tools to help diagnose, improve, and resolve performance issues. Perform performance analysis and optimization of ORMB and related applications in the ecosystem online portals, reporting systems.
