In this role, the JIRA Administrator will be responsible for playing a crucial role in configuring and maintaining our Cloud-based Atlassian tool suite, including multiple Jira instances, Confluence, and key third-party add-ons. ***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 2 days a weeek.*** Responsibilities: The Jira Administrator will: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for business processes related to JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket Build and configure JIRA and Confluence instances, ensuring optimal performance and usability Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT teams and other business units Understand JIRA APIs and webhooks to enhance functionality Evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, & configuration of plug-ins Utilize design skills to define JIRA workflows and related screen schemes for complex projects Implement custom XML-based JIRA gadgets and configure JIRA plugins as required Generate documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA to support runbooks Create JIRA projects, queries, and reports as needed Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting Jira Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Business, Information Technology, or related fields. Solid understanding of Web Technologies (Cloud/Amazon Web Services, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Java) Experience with Integrations between ServiceNow and other systems ITIL support framework knowledge Previous skills with Confluence APIs; DNS; Exchange & Active Directory; Bitbucket; Bamboo; and, Administration of the Atlassian stack Desired Skills: Relevant certifications such as SSL, ITIL, III, II, IAT, PMP, SDLC, PMI, UNIX, and JIRA -- Keywords: information technology Jira Administrator// Hybrid at FL // ONLY , , GCEAD [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1421977&uid= |
