Job Title: Python Developer Location: Charlotte, NC-Hybrid **Job Summary:** As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our software applications. Your expertise in Python and related technologies will be crucial in driving our projects to success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python and related frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to improve performance and reliability. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team. - Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3+ years of professional experience in Python development. - Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Pyramid. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Understanding of agile methodologies and practices. - Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks is a plus.
