Will be paid in USD. Responsible for providing technical support for the Maintenance department, contributing to the planning and development of the service as a member of the team. Accountable for overseeing system upgrades, researching new tools, and designing efficient IT systems to meet the needs of business and technology Provide enhancements to all applications, and provide support to all third-party software tools Deliver regular activities of debugging interfaces, and data transfer Engage in full life cycle stages of project execution in ERPs, delivering all phases of SAP EAM as well as Oracle implementation and into support Interact with clients on a routine basis to gather requirements and develop a full understanding of various business scenarios and map the appropriate ERP solutions (SAP or Oracle) Identify and assist in the development of new services and capabilities to address client's business needs in ERP segments, including SAP or Oracle Adopt new and innovative business solutions within established and emerging technical architectures (e.g., Oracle, SAP-HANA, and mobility) Closely work with other towers (Oracle, SAP ISU, MM), communicate on a daily basis with offshore team members and take ownership of the deliverables Responsible for the integrated design, implementation, and delivery of the architected solution, created by working with the Oracle, and SAP Teams, including EAM, FI, MM/SRM teams to design and deliver full ERP solutions Deliverables: -Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
