Job Description: For lead need 8+ Years for Engineer need 5+ years. 5+ Years of Accessibility testing experience. Experience with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, switch access, magnification). Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion best practices. Proficiency in using various accessibility checking tools. Strong understanding of accessibility industry regulations, standards, and guidelines (e.g., WCAG, EN 301 549, ARIA, Section 508, Accessibility Conformance Reports). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
