Position: Integration Analyst with Pristima and Savante Duration: 12+ months Location: Remote Job Description We are seeking a skilled Integration Analyst to join our team, specializing in integrating and optimizing systems, particularly Pristima and Savante. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software integration, data management, and a deep understanding of Pristima and Savante platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient data flow between systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Integration: Design, develop, and implement integrations between Pristima and Savante systems to enable seamless data exchange and streamline processes. 2. Data Management: Manage data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems. 3. Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for integration-related issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams as needed. 4. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate integration solutions, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and performance. 5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including integration specifications, data mappings, and technical diagrams. 6. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users and stakeholders on integration processes and best practices. 7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience 7 years working as an Integration Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Pristima and Savante systems. Proficiency in integration technologies and protocols such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and HL7. Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Java, Python, or SQL. Experience with data manipulation tools and platforms, such as Talend or Informatica. Familiarity with laboratory informatics systems and workflows in the life sciences industry is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Pristima and/or Savante systems. Experience with other laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) platforms. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
