Job Title: Technical IIB Lead Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION Background/Experience Desired 1. Eight or more years in application program development experience. Involvement in all phases of the systems development life cycle. 2. Aware of emerging technologies and able to evaluate for appropriate use. . 3. 6-8+ years systems analysis and program development experience with some task or team leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4. Experience with application development/technology support packages, product/technology evaluations. 5. Experience in delegation of tasks and leading development projects 6. Understand the business and functional requirements that apply to the applications supporting a sub-domain or domain as well as their relevant interfaces. 7. Experience with agile development (scrum, SAFe, Kanban) Education and Certification Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Additional Information (situational competencies, skills, work location requirements, etc.) 1. Ability to collaborate broadly for the good of the team and the solution. 2. Extensive knowledge of Integration concepts and practices. 3. In-depth understanding of service / API interface structures (Web and Mainframe). 4. Experience with Integration and related technologies: IBM Integration Bus - IIB, Datastage, Business Process Management - BPM, IBM Operational Decision Manager - ODM, Extreme Scale WXS, Mqueue, SPLUNK, Cloud Containerization, DevOps. 5. Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. 6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
