Experience in data modeling for GRC (logical/physical modeling). Ability to develop complex OpenPages Modules and Logic, Views, Security Rules, and Helpers. Hands-on experience with Java and React JS. Experience in module integration with third-party tools. Ability to handle production issues. Advanced level SQL skills for data manipulation and validation (Oracle). Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), SDLC, risk management, and quality engineering. Experience with project delivery tools such as JIRA. Prior experience with Fastmaps and Bulk Move Utility. Nice-to-Have Skills: Understanding of GRC tools and platforms beyond IBM OpenPages. Knowledge of other programming languages like Python, C#, etc. Familiarity with other database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc. Certifications related to IBM OpenPages, Java, or React JS. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. Prior experience in the finance or banking industry. Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools like Docker, Jenkins, etc. Experience with test automation frameworks.
