Position: Oracle Service Cloud Specialist Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a technical subject matter expert for Oracle Service Cloud implementation. They will need the ability to configure the system but not be a developer. Integration experience is also required, ideally with Salesforce. Requirements: Technical Business Analyst with 1-2 implementations with Oracle Cloud Knowledge of Technical Services domain including Hardware Services, Software Services, Customer Services, and Service Sales is required. Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Service Cloud, Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) is preferred.
