Must Have Skills- Java Selenium JDK(Java Development Key) BDD/ TDD Key Responsibilities: Testing Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure high-quality software delivery. Test Framework Design: Design and develop scalable and maintainable test frameworks for automated testing. Continuous Integration: Integrate testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to enable automated, continuous testing. Test Automation: Lead the creation, maintenance, and improvement of automated test scripts and tools. Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage. Quality Assurance: Oversee the execution of test plans and test cases, ensuring alignment with product requirements and business goals. Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to QA engineers and other team members on best practices in testing and quality assurance. Performance Testing: Design and implement performance testing strategies to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and performance issues. Defect Management: Track, analyze, and report on defects and testing progress, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test strategies, frameworks, and processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in software testing, with at least [X] years in a test architect or similar role. Technical Skills: o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. o Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). o Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). o Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). o Understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
