Job description: Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fabric, and Dataverse).- Collaborate with business requesters to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions through the Power Platform.- Ensure optimal performance and scalability of Power Platform solutions to meet business requirements.- Manage the complete lifecycle of the solutions, including updates, patches, and customization of applications.- Provide training and support to business users on new and existing Power Platform applications.- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and technologies, and leverage new tools and functionality as appropriate.Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Microsoft PowerPlatform Developer or similar role.- Strong technical proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Fabric, and Microsoft Dataverse.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Preferred Skills:- Experience in a global IT environment.- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform or related fields.
