Lead the development of front-end applications using React.js. - Ensure the maintainability, scalability, and quality of code. Follow and enforce best practices for front-end development. Knowledge of Credit Card servicing and fraud systems knowledge/experience enabling seamless integration and alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. Candidate should be in Sunrise. Proven experience working as a React.js developer. In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. Familiarity with React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Experience with user interface design. Proficiency in creating responsive user interfaces (UI) that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes. Expertise in performance optimization techniques to enhance application speed and responsiveness. Experience in architectural design and innovative thinking. Familiarity with React Testing Library for writing effective unit and integration tests. Strong troubleshooting skills. Excellent project management abilities. Flexibility in working hours to collaborate effectively with our offshore development team. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to drive project success. Handling and troubleshooting day-to-day operations. Identifying problems or known errors and doing RCAs. Participate in performance testing and tuning activities. Tracking of Critical patches. knowledge in Agile methodology. Should have good experience in Banking and financial services domain.
