Experience working on domain specific technology like E-Commerce, Telecommunication Experience working in technology program and projects management environment Working in a cross-organizational environment, with an overview of multiple functional areas Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, action items, status updates, and roadmaps Providing clear, concise information to support the creation of senior management reports, presentations, and updates Reviewing technical documentation (functional specifications, design documents, etc.). Exposure to standard technology business practices and SDLC, Compliance, Risk PMP and/or CSM Certification Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Business Process experience Worked in and hand-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies Strong working knowledge of Web Services & RestFul APIs Hands on knowledge in usage of tools like Postman, Swagger Docs and so on. Strong solution experience in enterprise environments Responsibilities Will be working closely with internal clients to understand program deliverables and actions required in order to help develop project plans and roadmaps that transform key IT activities and processes, and support the timely delivery of key Digital E-Commerce capabilities and functionalities Manage the processes for providing timely program status updates, milestone reviews, action items and risk remediation plans for Digital E-Commerce group and programs Work with business partners to ensure project documentation, updates, and program communications are complete and timely, and provide updates and status from groups for the E-Commerce leadership and to key stakeholders Work with EIT organizations to remediate non-compliance, risk, and issues conditions. Participate in the review process for E-Commerce operational process for changes/modifications to ensure that requirements, deliverables and capabilities are updated within delivery plans and roadmaps.
