Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations, to meet business requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers and support teams, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and performance. Skill Required / Desired Proven work experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration Required 6Years Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs) Required5Years Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting Required5Years Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM) Required5Years ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or application developer (CAD) Required5Years Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and other web development tools and techniques like HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for building user interfaces. Required3Years Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs Required3Years Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency; independently identify options.
